In order for the human being to carry out his activity in safe conditions, the industry provides certain devices for industrial use that assume a high level of protection for those who come into contact with these automated systems.

The choice of the security device, the parameterization according to the need of the process, their programming and documentation is essential in an automated system.

Production assistance:

 

Any system based on production flow requires a minimum of 5 days of assistance for any improvement made.

This assistance prevents the loss of cycle time that leads the production line and the company to significant losses. For this, there is a specialized team that, in situations of defects, following the improvement of the installation, intervenes and solves a problem in the most efficient way possible.

A very important observation is that the intervention team in the Assistance must be trained on this installation and have full knowledge of the changes brought in order to be efficient during the intervention.
